Fall Conference Forms

PARENT-STUDENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES 

We are trying out some new times for conferences this year. Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, October 22nd and Tuesday, Oct. 23rd. They will be held from 1:00 - 7:30 on Monday, and from 4:00 - 6:30 on Tuesday. Conferences will be held in the TEACHER CLASSROOMS Students are encouraged to attend the conferences. 

Conferences will be scheduled for grades K-5 and grades 6th , 7th and 8th will not be scheduled. Please request the teacher(s) you wish to see for your child/children in grades K-5 on the attached request sheet. 

Please return the  request sheet below by October 12th, ONLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN GRADES K-5. We will begin to schedule on that day. A sheet indicating your assigned conference times will be returned to you on October 18th.

 ALL TEACHERS will be taking a break from 3:30 – 4:00 for supper.

Please return this request sheet to the school by Friday, October 12, if you have children in grades K-5. 

Please put your child's teacher(s) on this request sheet that you wish to conference with, and your preferred time frame. If your child has Mrs. Christopherson, please also write her name on the request sheet. 

Conferences will be scheduled from 1:00 - 7:30 on Monday night and 4:00 - 6:30 on Tuesday. Please mark the evening and time frame you wish to come.
