Spring Conference Forms

 
PARENT-STUDENT-TEACHER FALL CONFERENCES
 
Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday,  March 29,  and Tuesday,  March 30.  They will be held from  4:00 - 8:00    on Monday, and from 4:00 - 7:00 on Tuesday.      Students are encouraged to attend the conferences.

Conferences will be scheduled for grades K-5 and be held in the classrooms.   Grades   6th , 7th and 8th will not be scheduled, and Middle School teachers will all be in the Elementary Gym.  Please request the teacher(s) you wish to see for your child/children in grades K-5 on the attached request sheet.

Please return the attached request sheet by Friday,  March 12, ONLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN GRADES K-5. We will begin to schedule on that day.  A sheet indicating your assigned conference times will be returned to you on March 26.

Please put your child's teacher(s) on this request sheet that you wish to conference with.    If your child has  Mrs. Rood, please also write her name on the request sheet.   

Conferences will be scheduled from 4:00 - 8:00 on Monday and 4:00 - 7:00 on Tuesday.  Please mark the evening you wish to come.
