Fall Conference Forms

 
PARENT-STUDENT-TEACHER FALL CONFERENCES
 
Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday,  October 19th,  and Tuesday, October 20th.  They will be held from  from 4:00 PM to 8 PM  on Monday night and 4:00 PM - 7:00  PM on Tuesday.   Conferences will be held in the TEACHER CLASSROOMS for grades K-5.  Grade 6,7, & 8 teachers will be in the elementary gym.   Students are encouraged to attend the conferences.

Conferences will be scheduled for grades K-5 and grades  6th, 7th, and  8th will not be scheduled.  Please request the teacher(s) you wish to see for your child/children in grades K-5 on the attached request sheet.

Please return the attached request sheet by Friday,  October 9th, ONLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN IN GRADES K-5. We will begin to schedule on that day.  A sheet indicating your assigned conference times will be returned to you on Thursday, October 15th.

           Please return this request sheet to the school by Friday,  October 9,  if you have children in grades   K-5.   



Please put your child's teacher(s) on this request sheet that you wish to conference with.    If your child has  Mrs. Rood, please also write her name on the request sheet.   

Conferences will be scheduled from 4:00 - 8:00 on Monday and 4:00 - 7:00 on Tuesday.  Please mark the evening you wish to come.
